Sunflower Salad

Sunflower Salad
To make a salad Sunflower, take:
- 2 chicken legs
- 400 g of raw champignons
- 150 g hard cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 can of olives (pitted)
- large chips
- mayonnaise to taste
Boil the whole leg until it is ready, separate the meat from thebones and cut into small pieces. Cut the champignons, brush and chop the onions and fry mushrooms with onions. Eggs boil hard, peel off the shell and grate on a large grater. Hard cheese grate on a fine grater.
Salad spread layers:
- The first layer is chicken, mixed with mayonnaise.
- The second layer is fried champignons with onions.
- The third layer is mayonnaise.
- The fourth layer is eggs.
- The fifth layer is mayonnaise.
- The sixth layer is cheese.
The last layer can not be lubricated with mayonnaise. Instead, cut the olives into halves and quarters and lay them over the top of the cheese - these will be the seeds of your sunflower. Chips carefully stick around the edges of the salad - it will be petals. In the center of the salad you can put a little corn or a mashed egg yolk, and from the halves of a cherry tomato make a ladybug.
There are other variations of this salad. For example, the layers can be:
- fried chicken fillet, boiled carrots, pickled mushrooms, leek with eggs
- Boiled chicken fillet, fried champignons, canned corn, eggs, cheese
- boiled potatoes, cod liver with green onions, egg white, egg yolk
All layers, except the top, are smeared with mayonnaise, and the prepared salad is again decorated with olives and chips.
Bon Appetit!
