Herring under the fur coat
Herring under the fur coat - probably the most famous ondomestic dishes dish of herring. And it's not surprising! After all, the simplicity of cooking, the excellent taste and benefits of a multitude of vitamins make herring under a fur coat an ideal dish for every day, and for a festive table.





Herring under the fur coat


For the preparation of pate you will need:




  • 1 large herring,

  • 1 onion,

  • 4 potato tubers,

  • 2 beets,

  • 1 medium carrot,

  • 1 sweet and sour apple,

  • 2 eggs,

  • mayonnaise.


Preparation





  1. Herring peel off the skin and bones, cut the filletsthin slices or cubes. Finely chop onion. Potatoes boil in a uniform, cool, clean, cut into thin circles or grate on a large grater. Beet boil in the peel, cool, clean, grate on a large grater. Carrots boil, cool, clean, cut into thin circles or grate on a large grater. Peel the apple from the peel and seeds, grate it on a large grater. Eggs boil hard, cool, clean, cut into thin circles.



  2. On a flat dish lay flattened halfpotatoes (can be sprinkled with vegetable oil). Put the herring on it, smooth it. Sprinkle with onion, smooth. Thickly grease with mayonnaise. Then put the carrots, smoothed, greased with mayonnaise. Top with half a beet, grease with mayonnaise. Then put the eggs and grease again with mayonnaise. After that lay out the remaining potatoes, grease it with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Then put the apple, smoothen, grease with plenty of mayonnaise. From above and from the sides place the remaining beets, smooth, grease with mayonnaise.



  3. Before serving, keep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.



  4. Salad can be prepared somewhat differently. First, do not use carrots and apples. Secondly, spread on the dish layers: potatoes, herring, onions, beets, - alternating them until the products run out, and lubricating each layer with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
