Salad "General"



For salad preparation you will need:



  • 250-300 g of beef pulp

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 beetroot

  • 2 potato tubers

  • 1 apple

  • 1 egg

  • 250 g of mayonnaise

  • salt

Preparation



  1. Boil the meat in salted water, cool, cut into small cubes. Carrots, beets and potatoes should be washed, boiled separately in each peel, cooled, cleaned, grated on a large grater.

  2. Egg hard boiled, cool, clean, finely chop.

  3. Apple wash, peel, cut into small cubes.

  4. In a salad bowl lay out the layers of carrots, beets, potatoes, eggs, apple, meat. Cover each layer with mayonnaise. Carrots, potatoes and egg slightly salt.

  5. The remaining mayonnaise grease the salad on top, let it brew for about half an hour.
