To prepare 4 portions of pie you will need:


dough:



  • wheat flour - 1 glass

  • salt - 1/4 tsp

  • butter - 125 g

  • sour cream - 3 tablespoons


filling:


  • butter - 3 items of l.

  • onion, thinly sliced ​​- 1 kg

  • salt - 1.5 tsp.

  • sugar - 0.5 tsp.

  • Ground black pepper - 1/2 tsp.

  • eggs - 4 pcs.

  • sour cream - 350 ml

  • a pinch of red hot pepper

  • Grated nutmeg - 1/4 tsp.

  • chopped smoked bacon (optional) - 50 g


Preparation


Knead the dough. Mix flour with butter, add sour cream, salt. Roll the dough into a lump and refrigerate for 3 hours.


When the dough cools, roll it into a round cake and bend the edges.


Mix the onions with 1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, sugar and fry it in butter until soft. Onions should not have time to brown.


Whisk the eggs with sour cream, salt, red pepper and grated nutmeg. Mix with the fried onions.


Put the dough on a baking tray, top with a filling, sprinkle with chopped smoked bacon if desired.


Bake the cake at 175 ° C for 35 minutes.
