- 2 packs of cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp. l. semolina
- 4 eggs
- 50 g raisins
- 1 tbsp. l. flour
- 0.5 tbsp. Sahara
- 0.5 bags of vanillin
- 0.5 tsp. soda
- 0.5 tsp. salt
- butter
Pre-soak for 3-4 hours raisins tohe was saturated with water and became soft. Then drain and dry it. Pour semolina with warm boiled water in a small bowl. The water level should be 1 cm above the cereal. Leave the mango for 1-2 hours.

Wash, peel the carrots and grate it on a largegrater. In a saucepan, simmer the grated carrot along with butter and milk until done. Dry the manga in a frying pan and add it to the carrots.
