Fish Salad The main component of lettuce - salty red fish - Everyone's favorite delicacy. We all know that to buy a delicious fish, you need a certain luck: it can be salted or not salty enough, too spicy or vice versa. The best way to avoid disappointment is to learn salt red fish yourself. I suggest together with a salad to try to prepare salted fish dry salting.



Ingredients:



  • red fish dry salting (salmon, salmon, trout) - 300-400g

  • potatoes - 3 pieces (small)

  • egg - 3 pieces

  • cucumber salted - 3-4 pieces (depending on the size)

  • mayonnaise


Solim fish:


For 1 kg of fish per need: salt - 2 tablespoons; sugar - 1,5 tablespoons.



With frozen red fish, we remove the skin. We give the defrosted and cut on the fillet - remove the spine and large bones (you can use a large pair of tweezers). We cut fish into large pieces. Sugar is mixed with salt. Pieces of fish put in a container before pouring sugar and salt, cover with a lid and sent to the refrigerator for 3 days. After that, the fish is ready.


Preparation:


Potatoes and eggs boil and cool. After cutting into cubes 1x1 cm.


Fish and cucumbers cut into strips.


Mix everything with mayonnaise. If the salad seems dry, you can add a couple of spoons of cucumber brine. It is not necessary to salt, fish and cucumbers will give the salad the desired salinity. To give salad it is necessary 1-2 hours.
