Fish with mustard-honey sauce
For cooking fish under mustard-honey sauce you will need:
- fish fillets -1 kg
- honey natural - 1 tsp.
- mustard - 1 tbsp.
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
- lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- water - 50 or
- onions - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- vegetable oil
- pepper black ground, salt - to taste
Cut the fish fillets into small pieces. Salt. Fry in vegetable oil.
Prepare the sauce. Honey, mustard and mayonnaise mix, add the lemon juice, salt and pepper. To stir thoroughly.
Finely chop the onions, grate the carrots on a fine grater. Fry in vegetable oil and add to the sauce.
Sauce water the fish, add a little water, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
