Pie with berries: a recipe for cooking

Sand cake with berries
The recipe for this cake is very simple, because shortbread cooks are rather easy to prepare. To prepare a crumbly open pie from short pastry with berry stuffing, we take:
not less than 500 g of any small dense berries
not less than 0.5 st. sugar (for filling)
200 g of butter or margarine
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. l. sugar (for dough)
1 egg
1 egg yolk
Vanilla sugar - to taste
First, prepare the berries for the filling. The number of berries is determined according to your taste, but it is advisable to take at least a half a kilogram. After touching the berries, rinse them thoroughly in cold water and transfer to a strainer or colander. We sift the berries with boiling water and pour the sugar directly into the colander. If you like sweet pies, take more sugar, otherwise the filling will seem acidic to you. The sugar-filled berries are left in a colander for 1.5-2 hours to stack the juice.
In the meantime, we prepare shortbread dough. Egg and yolk mix with sugar (plain and vanilla), add softened butter or margarine and grind. Add the flour and mix the homogeneous dough: first with a fork, mix all the ingredients, and then knead the dough with your hands. Put the dough in the fridge for half an hour.
Form for baking grease with butter,evenly distribute the dough along the bottom and sides of the mold and make the sides so that the juice does not flow from the berry when baking. Evenly distribute the berries on the surface of the dough and bake the cake for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Finnish pie with berries
Finnish berry pie with cottage cheese and almonds is a wonderful summer dessert. For its preparation we need the following ingredients:
berries - 250-300 g
sour cream (20% fat content) - 200 g
flour - 125 g
oil - 100 g
cottage cheese - 100 g
sugar - 75 g
Ground almonds - 50 g
yolks - 3 pieces.
egg - 1 pc.
vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
a pinch of salt
We cut the butter into cubes and add them to a bowl,add flour, ground almonds, cottage cheese, a pinch of salt. We cut the mixture with a knife into a large crumb. In the center we make a deepening, we drive in it an egg and mix the dough. We cool the dough in the refrigerator. While the dough is cold, roll it out on a flour-poured table, put it in a mold, pierce it with a fork and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Sour cream is mixed with yolks, sugar and vanillasugar. Mix it with a whisk, quite carefully, but do not beat the mixture. Pour the mass onto the frozen cake and add the berries (if they are sour, you can mix them with sugar before adding). Bake for about an hour or until the filling thickens at a temperature of 180 degrees.
A pie with berries for half an hour
Baking seems to some women a thinglaborious, time-consuming and time-consuming. In fact, there are a lot of recipes for quick baking: half an hour - and on your table is already a pie with berries. The recipe for such a pie we are offering. Products will need these:

flour - 1 tbsp.
sugar - 1 tbsp.
cinnamon or vanillin - to taste
chopped walnuts - to taste
Eggs thoroughly beat with sugar. Introduce the flour and mix until homogeneous. If you use vanilla, we also add it to the dough. If desired, you can also add a little bit of soda vinegar to the dough.
Take the preheated form, previously lubricatedoil and sprinkled with flour, and pour into it a third of the dough. The dough should cover the bottom evenly. We spread the berries on top, sprinkle with cinnamon and cover with the remaining dough (berries should not touch the walls of the mold).
Sprinkle with nuts and bake for half an hour at a moderate temperature.
