To prepare a useful aromatic billet for the winter from vegetables, you need:




  • 3 zucchini


  • 2 pcs. onion-turnips


  • 3 tomatoes


  • 1 carrot


  • 20 ml of sunflower oil


  • 1.5 tablespoons of salt


  • 30 ml of vinegar


  • spices to taste




Step-by-step instruction




  1. To make eggs from summer vegetables not burnt, it is betterjust cook it in a stew-pan with a thick bottom or in a multivark. First you need to thoroughly wash the zucchini, you can use a tight sponge. If the peel is damaged or stained, it is better to cut them. Zucchini cuts arbitrarily, but not very large. We transfer to the bowl a multivarque or a saucepan.


  2. Now take the bulbs of medium size and cleanse the husk. Then cut the onions into small cubes. Add to the zucchini.


  3. After the onion, cut the tomatoes into cubes orwedges. If you want to get a more intense taste - take the tomatoes from the beds, they are sweeter and more fragrant. Pour the chopped tomatoes into a container to other vegetables.


  4. Carrots cut arbitrarily - straws, circles. We put in the multivark. Vegetables salt, put your favorite spices. Then we put on an average fire.


  5. After the vegetables for the caviar become soft, remove them from the fire and transfer them to a bowl.


  6. Arming with a submersible blender and turningvegetables in a bright appetizing smoothie. You can also do this with a food processor or meat grinder. In the latter case, vegetables should be passed twice through a meat grinder. After that, add oil and vinegar, mix everything.
