Recipe number 1. Dietary zucchini



A great option for those who hold fasting or just watching their figure. Easy, simple, beautiful, and most importantly - delicious.



Necessary ingredients:




  • zucchini - 0,5 kg


  • carrots - 1 pc


  • onions - 1 pc


  • olive oil - 20 g


  • Salt and spices - to taste.



Cooking method:




  1. Zucchini is mine and cut into small pieces. If they are fresh and their skin is thin, it can not be cut off;


  2. Onion is peeled and shredded in cubes, peeled carrots rubbed on a large grater;


  3. in a cauldron or a skillet with a thick bottom, lightly brown the onions with carrots, then spread the zucchini, salt, add spices and cover with a lid;


  4. stew them until ready 20-25 minutes.



From above all can be sprinkled with lemon juice or sprinkled with fresh herbs.

Recipe number 2. Courgettes stewed with vegetables



It turns out that something like a caviar. This garnish is an excellent option for pork, poultry or fish.



Necessary ingredients:




  • zucchini or squash - 0.5 kg


  • tomatoes - 200 g


  • sweet pepper - 200 g


  • green apples - 2 pieces


  • hot red pepper


  • carrots - 1 pc


  • onions - 2 pcs.


  • vegetable oil - 40 g


  • Salt and spices - to taste.



Cooking method:



In this dish, you can safely add even old patissons, they just need to be cleaned and freed from the middle.




  1. Vegetables washing under running water, cut the squash, tomatoes, onion cubes;


  2. carrots and apples rubbed on grater, pepper cut into strips;


  3. in a frying pan fry onions. When it becomes transparent, we send carrots to it, and after a couple of minutes - and zucchini, stew for 5-10 minutes;


  4. then we add pepper, apples and tomatoes, salt, pepper, tomato on small fire for another 5 minutes;


  5. in the end, add finely chopped hot pepper. Love the sharp - lay more.



It is better to leave caviar for a couple of hours, so that all tastes are mixed, but if you really want, you can eat right away.

Recipe number 3. Zucchini stewed in sour cream



Necessary ingredients:




  • young zucchini - 0.5 kg


  • carrots - 1 pc


  • onions - 1 pc


  • sour cream - 200 g


  • vegetable oil - 40 g


  • greens, salt and spices - to taste.



Cooking method:




  1. zucchini cut into portions;


  2. onions and carrots cut into cubes, fry lightly on oil;


  3. in the kazan we put all the vegetables and pour the sour cream, salt, pepper and stew until cooked for 15-20 minutes.



Sour cream is better to take home, because the store can just curl up.

Necessary ingredients:




  • young zucchini - 1 kg


  • onions - 3 pcs.


  • sour cream or mayonnaise - 200 g


  • hard cheese - 100 g


  • salt and pepper - to taste.



Cooking method:




  1. zucchini and onions cut into circles and spread on a baking tray;


  2. separately mix sour cream or mayonnaise with salt and pepper and pour the vegetables;


  3. all sprinkled with grated cheese on a large grater.


  4. bake for 20-30 minutes until cooked.
