4 onions
3 Bulgarian pepper

Cooking process:

We cut the tomatoes into large pieces.
Here you can give one piece of advice. We all know how difficult it is to cut tomatoes with a conventional knife. They very easily choke, as a result, inaccurate pieces are obtained, and on the cutting board there is juice, which then has to be washed off from it. So do not regret money and get a special cutter for cutting a tomato. With it, it is very easy to cut any soft fruits and vegetables.
Now I'll take the carrots. It's good to do on a large grater. If desired, cut it into strips.
Fry vegetables.
This is the most crucial moment. For this, we need a large pan or saucepan. Put it on the fire to make it hot. We fill it with vegetable oil. First fry the blue ones.
This is done on very high heat and for 5 minutes. They should turn out golden in color.
After that add the onions and carrots, and in the same way fry on high heat. This will take 4 minutes.
Put peppers and tomatoes in the pan last. After this, everything is gently mixed. We withstand for another 5 minutes. Do not forget to add salt to our honeycomb.
