What will this distinction give you? To begin with, the very distribution of various troubles will help you not to worry much about them. Next, you will begin to change your view of what,that for you a small nuisance. What was in the green column, over time, can migrate to the column "nothing special." And the fact that in yellow - in green. And then what was in the red column, will move to yellow. This is how the emotional resistance to various irritating factors is developed.
