Strengthening the immune system, raising the mood and cheerfulness of the spirit, just the goodness in addition to tea - an unusually attractive set of positive qualities of dessert, is not it? However, many housewives repeatedly think about how to maximally preserve the beneficial properties in fruits and berries, not "digesting" them during canning and not boring themselves with the endless process of sterilizing cans. We offer you the best options: the most useful raw jelly from feijoa - basic and cranberry recipes!
Jelly from feijoa for the winter: step-by-step recipe with photo
Necessary ingredients:
- feijoa - 1 kg
- sugar - 1 kg
Cooking method:
- Select the ripe or ripening fruit (in a cutbrown color should not be seen), rinse thoroughly under a stream of running water, dry with a paper towel or towel, then cut the sepals at the sides. You do not need to peel the peel off.
- Divide each berry into several pieces, place in a container of the required volume and use a blender to whip the mass to a homogeneous state. You can also simply twist pieces of feijoa through a meat grinder with a small nozzle, but then the dish will look slightly less aesthetic and will more likely resemble raw materials than directly on jelly without cooking.
- Gradually add a lot of sugar (preferably in small portions) until it dissolves completely. It is best to crush the mixture once again with a blender so that the grain does not feel like it.
- Place the finished product on dry clean jarsand store in a refrigerator, cellar or on a loggia in the cold season. Bon Appetit! Cranberries are an incredibly delicious fruit that enriches the body with priceless vitamin C and has an excellent antiseptic effect. Add it to the daily diet - and forget about the common cold!
