For the test, you will need:





  • 80 g of butter


  • 100 g of sugar


  • 1 egg


  • 300 g of flour


  • 1 tablespoon of milk or cream


  • 0.5 teaspoon soda


  • 1 teaspoon instant or ground coffee


  • a pinch of salt


  • vanillin




Cooking method:



Butter, sugar and vanillin grind to a white mass, drive the egg into the dough, add salt, milk (cream), soda, flour and

coffee. It is good to knead the dough.



Advice: milk can not be added, but in this case the amount of flour should be slightly reduced.



Roll the balls from the dough as large as a walnut with your hands. Spread out evenly our "nuts" on oiled

baking tray - they should be about 35 pieces. For originality, you can make a deepening in each pechenyushke and fill it to taste: poppy seeds, nuts,

coconut or jam. Bake a fast cookie follows at a temperature of 175 degrees for about 10 minutes.
