Apricot jam recipe for winter
We need: 2 kg of fresh, ripe apricots, 400-500 g of sugar (to taste), a tablespoon of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. On request: 2 teaspoons ground cloves.
1. Washed, peeled apricots pitted without pits in a multicolour pouring sugar.
2. Add the spices and mix well.
3. Close the multivark and put it in High mode (or For soup mode). Leave for two hours, stirring a couple of times.
4. Open the lid and ready for two hours without a lid, stirring every 20-30 minutes.
5. Ready to put the jam on sterilized, hot jars, close.
6. Cool the jars and put them in the freezer until winter.
Recipe for apricot jam from dried apricots
In a multivark, besides jam from apricots, you cancook and jam from dried apricots, and do it right in winter! For the recipe for this apricot jam, we need: 500 grams of dried apricots, 400 grams of sugar, 800-900 ml of water.
1. Rinse well and scalded dried apricots in a blender.
2. Transfer to the multivark, add water and sugar, mix well.
3. We close the multivark and put it on High (or Soup mode) for two and a half hours. Periodically open and stir. 4. The remaining two hours are cooked with the lid open, stirring occasionally.
5. Ready, thickened jam poured over hot, sterilized jars. Apricot jam on this recipe can not be frozen, because you can always prepare a new portion at any time of the year!
