We offer a simple and original fillet recipeturkey, baked in the oven in wine with spices and garlic. Does it sound appetizing? Then for the cause! And to make it easier for you to cook, together with the recipe for a delicious turkey, we prepared a photo.

Recipe for baked turkey fillet in an oven
To prepare the baked turkey fillet in the oven we will need the following ingredients:
- Turkey breast with a stone
- Half-circle of melted butter
- ¼ cup dry white wine or apple juice
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1.5-2 cups of chicken broth
- 3 pressed garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary or one teaspoon of dried
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme leaves or one teaspoon dried
How to cook turkey fillet - step by step instructions
- Preheat the oven to a temperature of 160 degrees.
- Put the breast of turkey skin up on a baking sheet and place for an hour in a heated oven. The bone can not be removed. While we do not season, do not water anything and do not add oil.
- A few minutes before you take out the bird,mix melted butter and white wine (it can be replaced with apple juice) in a bowl with freshly chopped rosemary, dried thyme, pressed garlic, paprika and salt.
- Open the oven and grease the turkey halfof the resulting mixture. We set the timer for another 30 minutes, and then lubricate the breast with the remaining half of the oil mixture. Buy a digital thermometer with a probe - a magical device that will help you not guess when the temperature you need. You stick a probe, set the temperature that should be in the oven, and it will give you a beep when the desired temperature is reached.
- Close the oven door, set the thermometer to 70 degrees and cook for about an hour. An hour later the timer will remind us that we have reached a temperature of 70 degrees.
- The sauce is easy to prepare. We pour the remaining oil from the turkey from the pan into a large bowl. Let the fat rise to the surface and remove most of it with a spoon. Then pour in enough chicken broth - about two mugs.
- We put the mixture to boil in a small saucepan. We spread one tablespoon of cornstarch with two tablespoons of water, add for the density. Cook, stirring, 1-2 minutes, until the sauce slightly thickens. It should turn out dark, but not creamy. The sauce is simply delicious with garlic, herbs, wine and butter!
- We serve fillet of turkey breast with sauce. Delicious turkey fillet is ready, enjoy!
