Turkey breast with cabbage and lemon sauce
Roasted turkey breast baked in cabbage leavesperfectly combined with spicy lemon sauce. The fragrant turkey meat will be enjoyed by the whole family. Prepare a turkey in a cabbage with lemon sauce at the festive table on New Year's Eve. The recipe is divided country councils!







Turkey breast with cabbage and lemon sauce



To prepare 8 servings you will need:



  • turkey breast - 2 pcs. (for 800g)

  • white cabbage - 1 head

  • vegetable oil - 12 tbsp. l.

  • cream - 120 ml

  • starch - 3 tbsp. l.

  • chicken broth - 50 ml

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • sugar, salt, black pepper ground, weakly burning red ground pepper - by pinch


Preparation



Take 16 large leaves of cabbage, wash them, lower them for a few minutes into boiling salted water. Leave the leaves in a colander and cool with cold water.



Breast turkey salt and pepper. Pour into the frying pan 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add the red pepper. Fry the breast in all butter on all sides.



Each turkey breast wrap in 8 cabbageleaves, tie with a thread. In a preheated oven to 200 ° C, bake pre-lightly roasted cabbage leaves in the second half of the vegetable oil. Do not cover the lid. Bake for about 45 minutes.



Transfer the breasts wrapped in leaves to anothercontainer and leave in the oven for another 10 minutes. Juice from the roast to dilute lemon juice, add sugar, thicken with starch. Sauce boil, add salt, pepper. Season the sauce with cream.



The resulting rolls cut and served with sauce. You can serve rice with garnish.
