Stuffed chicken fillet

Stuffed chicken fillet


To prepare 4 servings of dish you will need:



  • chicken fillet - 4 pcs. (approximately 150 grams)

  • apple large - 1 pc.

  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.

  • noodles - 250 g

  • zucchini - 2 pcs. (1 green and 1 yellow)

  • vegetable broth - 375 ml

  • milk - 125 ml

  • tarragon - 3 sprigs

  • mustard - 1 tbsp.

  • sweet mustard - 1-2 tablespoons

  • butter - 1 tbsp.

  • flour - 1 tbsp.

  • salt, black pepper powder

  • apples for decoration


Preparation


Wash and dry the chicken fillet. In each piece make deep holes.


Cut into small pieces of apple, mixed with mustard and tarragon leaves. Fill the resulting mass of "pockets" of chicken fillet. Secure with wooden toothpicks.


In a heated frying pan fry in a vegetable oil fillet from all sides. Salt and pepper to taste, fry over medium heat for another 15 minutes.


Boil noodles in salted water until cooked. Cleaned and cleaned courgettes cut into thin strips. Fry zucchini in butter, salt and pepper.


Prepare the sauce. In the fat left from the frying of chicken fillets, save the flour. Stirring, add vegetable broth, milk, bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, sweet mustard.


Ready noodles, chicken fillet, zucchini put on portion plates, pour with sauce. Decorate with ringlets of apples.
