Fried buttermilk

Fried buttermilk with sour cream
Fried mushrooms with sour cream are almost a classic combination. It is best to serve them to a table with boiled potatoes and fresh herbs. For the preparation of fried oil for this recipe, we take:
fresh oil - 1 kg
20% sour cream - 200 g
butter - 100 g
onions - 1 pc.
vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
garlic - 6 denticles

Add to the onion and garlic oil. If desired, for a larger flavor, you can add a third or half a cup of dried white mushrooms. Before adding to oil, they should be washed and cut into strips. Fry the mushrooms over medium heat for about forty minutes (until the liquid evaporates), add sour cream and cook for about five minutes from the moment of boiling.
Roast of oil
You can use fried maslings for making hearty fries with potatoes: you get both a second course and a side dish, what else is needed? To make a roast of oil, we need:
250 g butter
10 potatoes
2 onions
2 tbsp. l. sour cream
salt - to taste

The oil is washed, cleaned from the film and not largewe cut. Onions are cleaned and shredded. Fry butter on butter for ten minutes, add onion, stir and simmer for another ten minutes. Add the sour cream.
Potatoes are cleaned and cut into cubes. We put half of the potatoes in a pot, we put butter on top, we fall asleep with the remaining potatoes. Bake in the oven until the potatoes are ready.
Fried buttermilk with nuts
If you want to cook something unusual for buttermen, try frying them with walnuts. To make this original dish of butter, we will stock up the following products:
500 g butter
3/4 tbsp. chopped walnuts
2 tbsp. l. butter
1 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar
5-6 green onion feathers
2 sprigs of parsley or cilantro
black ground pepper, salt - to taste
lettuce and pomegranate seeds for serving
Oily ointment, clean, cut into slices. We clean the onion, my greens. Finely chop the onions and greens. We fry the butter on butter until ready, salt and pepper. Add nuts, onions and greens, fry another one or two minutes, stirring. Pour in the vinegar, bring to a boil, turn off. Before serving, we spread mushrooms on salad sheets and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
Fried oil with potatoes
Mushrooms and fried potatoes are a wonderful hearty meal that any hostess can cook. But just in case, we suggest you read the recipe. We get out of the refrigerator such products:

Again, pour oil over the water and cook for half an hour from the moment of boiling. Throw boiled mushrooms in a colander, cut. My potatoes, we clean and cut into strips, we clean onions and finely chop.
Potatoes fry until cooked on vegetableoil. In a separate frying pan, we spread the onion in vegetable oil to clarity, add the butter and fry until cooked. Add mushrooms with onions to potatoes, salt and pepper to taste, mix. Before serving mushrooms with potatoes to the table, we heat them one or two minutes.
