Shrimp in garlic sauce
Shrimp in garlic sauce - A great snack. It is prepared literally in ten minutes, so this is an ideal option in case the guests come to you without warning. The country of the Soviets offers several options for cooking shrimps in garlic sauce.
Shrimp in garlic sauce with wine
To prepare this simple, tasty and healthy dish we will need:
peeled shrimps - 800 g
peeled garlic - 4 cloves
dry white wine - 0.5 tbsp.
finely chopped herbs parsley - 0, 5 tbsp.
olive oil - 0.25 tbsp.
salt, pepper - to taste

Olive oil poured into a pan and reheat it well. Tooth cloves chop finely and throw in a skillet with butter. We let the garlic in olive oil for three minutes.
Add the shrimp and parsley to the pan andcook on medium heat for about two minutes. Then pour the wine into the frying pan and keep it on the fire for about five minutes. The most important thing is not to overcook the shrimp! Salt and pepper are added at the very end of the preparation of shrimp.
Tiger prawns in garlic sauce
To prepare this exotic dish we will take the following ingredients:
8 tiger shrimps
100 g of cherry tomatoes
4 black olives
2 lemons
1 clove of garlic
3 pineapple rings
1 capsicum
3 tablespoons olive oil
one branch of fresh mint and rosemary
We clean the tiger shrimps, but leave the tails. Fry the shrimps in olive oil until pink. Garlic and chilli pepper and cut into shrimps. Fry the prawns with pepper and garlic for a minute. Add to the shrimp pineapples, tomatoes and rosemary. We'll finish it all for five minutes, and then add a little lemon juice.
Lemons cut into rings; each ring is cutIn the middle. Grilled prawns are placed in the center of the plate, and around the beautifully unfolded incised lemons. Sprinkle the shrimps with garlic sauce left in the frying pan. We decorate the dish with fresh mint and olives.

Shrimps in garlic sauce with ginger
To prepare this dish, we need the following products:
fresh shrimps - 1 kg
garlic - 10 denticles
Butter - 200 g
white wine - 0,25 st.
olive oil - 3 tbsp.
fresh ginger root - 3 cm
coriander - 1 beam
lemon or lime - 1 pc.
salt - to taste
hot pepper (optional)
Shrimp my, clean, rinse under running water and cover with a paper napkin. Garlic and cilantro finely chopped, and the root of ginger is cleaned and rubbed on a grater.
We take a frying pan, pour olive oil into it andheat on moderate heat. We put garlic and grated ginger root in a frying pan and fry for a few minutes until golden brown. Do not overcook, otherwise it will be bitter!
Transfer garlic and ginger into a bowl, andpan fry the shrimp and fry until golden brown. You do not need to add oil to the frying pan. Long frying is not necessary, otherwise shrimp will become rubber.
Add the butter and fried in the frying pangarlic with ginger. Pour into the pan a wine, salt, if desired, add hot pepper and bring to a boil. As soon as the sauce boils, remove the pan from the fire and squeeze into it the juice of one lemon or lime. Sprinkle the prawns with cilantro and mix.
Shrimp in garlic sauce with ginger can be served as a separate dish or with Italian pasta (pasta).
