Fried shrimps in soy sauce
Here is one of the simplest recipes for cooking shrimps with soy sauce. But the simplicity of cooking does not make it less tasty. This Asian style snack consists of these ingredients:
shrimps - 400 g
soy sauce - 2-3 tbsp. l.
garlic - 2 cloves
ginger, green onions - to taste
cooking oil for frying
It is best used to make thisdishes fresh shrimp, but also frozen will do. So, to begin with, we clean and wash the shrimp. Pour vegetable oil into the heated frying pan with high sides. The root of the ginger and garlic is cleaned and very finely chopped, fried for a couple of minutes.
Put the shrimp in the pan and fry untilredness, stirring. Add the soy sauce and stew for three minutes. Transfer the finished shrimp to a dish and sprinkle it with finely chopped green onions.
Shrimp in marinade from soy sauce
Here is a slightly different way of preparing snacks from shrimps with soy sauce: in this case, before cooking, they marinate in a mixture of soy sauce and spices. To prepare this dish, we take:
peeled shrimp - 500 g
white dry wine - 30-50 ml
soy sauce - 5 tbsp. l.
olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.
grated ginger root - 1 tbsp. l.
starch - 1 tsp.
garlic - 4 cloves
Lemon juice, cilantro, chili, salt - to taste
Mix soy sauce, chopped garlic (2denticle), ginger and finely chopped cilantro. We marinate in this mixture of prawns for about a quarter of an hour. Warm up the olive oil, fry in it the remaining garlic (previously finely chopped) and chili pepper. We take out shrimp from the marinade and fry three minutes with garlic and pepper.
Shrimp lay on the dish. In the frying pan pour the marinade, add lemon juice and salt, bring to a boil. You do not need to put a lot of salt, because soy sauce is salty in itself. We raise the starch in wine and pour it into the boiling sauce. Put the shrimp in the sauce and cook for about a minute. Before serving the shrimp in the sauce, pour finely chopped green cilantro.
Shrimps in soy sauce with rosemary
If you do not really like fried foods, you can bake shrimp in soy sauce with the addition of rosemary. For this we need the following products:
raw or frozen peeled shrimps - 500 g
soy sauce - 50 ml
olive oil - 50 ml
Green oil (butter with herbs) - 50 g
dry rosemary - 1-2 tsp.
salt, pepper - to taste
Defreeze the shrimps and lay them in a bowl forbaking. Pour a mixture of soy sauce and olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, stir. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. After this time, sprinkle the shrimps with rosemary and put in pieces with shrimps pieces of butter with herbs. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. It is best to serve this dish with fresh baguette.
Boiled shrimps in soy sauce
You can not cook shrimp in a sauce, but just serve it separately to boiled shrimp. This is a simple and quick snack - the ideal option in the event that you suddenly come across guests. For it we will need:
800 g of large shrimp
200 grams of lettuce
salt, bell pepper, greens - to taste
For sauce
100 ml of soy sauce
100 ml of wine vinegar
100 ml of vegetable oil
40 g of ginger root
20 grams of garlic
Boil the shrimp in boiling salted water infor five minutes. If desired, for a better flavor, you can add peppercorns and other spices to the water, as well as greens (dill, parsley, coriander). Lettte leaves are sorted, washed, carefully dried with a paper towel and cut into large straws.
Pour into the blender soy sauce, wine vinegar andvegetable oil, add the crushed root of ginger and garlic. Turn on the blender and grind everything into a homogeneous mass. We spread on the dish lettuce leaves, on them - boiled shrimps. Shrimp can be poured with sauce or served separately.
