Garnish for pork from potatoes

Preparation
Select large oval potato tubers, wash thoroughly. Cut the tubers into halves and boil them "in uniform".
Finished potatoes cool a little. Using a spoon, take out the core of the potato halves, leaving thin "walls" near the peel.
Mash the removed pulp in a puree, mix with greens, chopped cheese, egg. Mass fill half of potatoes and send them to the oven for 20-30 minutes.
