For cooking potatoes you will need
- potatoes - 1 kg
- smoked bacon - 200 g
- onions - 4 pcs.
- dill - 1 bunch
- salt, pepper - to taste
- vegetable broth
- vegetable oil
The washed and peeled potatoes cut into small cubes. Boil until cooked, broth pour off, throwing potatoes into a colander.
Onion peel and finely chop, also finely chop the smoked bacon. Fry onion and brisket in vegetable oil until golden onion.
Add the potatoes to the onions and brisket, mix thoroughly. Add salt, pepper to taste.
Pour vegetable broth and cook for 15 minutes with periodic stirring.
