Baked potato - an excellent side dish to meat dishes. For baked potatoes to be more delicious and fragrant, you can bake potatoes in the sleeve.</ p>

Potatoes in the sleeve for baking


This recipe for baking potatoes is very simple. What you need if you want to cook a delicious side dish in a hurry. For the preparation of potatoes baked in the sleeve, we take:




  • 1 kg of potatoes


  • 3 tbsp. l. refined vegetable oil


  • 2 tbsp. l. condiments for potatoes


  • 2 cloves of garlic


  • 2 branches of any greenery


  • 1 carrot


  • 1 onion


  • salt to taste



Potatoes and carrots mine, clean and cutcircles. Onions are cleaned and cut into thin rings (it is possible and semirings). Fold all the vegetables in a bowl and add seasoning (if the composition of the seasoning salt is not included, salt to taste). Add the vegetable oil and mix.



We put potatoes with vegetables in a sleeve forbaking and bake for an hour in the oven, heated to 180 degrees. While the potatoes are being cooked, chop the greens and garlic. When the potatoes are ready, cut the sleeve, put the greens and garlic inside, cover the cut and let the potatoes steep for about 5 minutes so that it soaks up with the aromas of greens and garlic.

You can bake potatoes in a sleeve with mushrooms and vegetables. If desired, this dish can go for a full second course, and not for a side dish. For its preparation we take:




  • potatoes - 1 kg


  • champignons - 0,5 kg


  • small zucchini - 2 pcs.


  • onion 150 g


  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.


  • mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. l.


  • paprika - 2 tsp.


  • dry parsley - 2 tsp.


  • salt - 2 tsp.


  • fresh herbs to taste


Potatoes in the sleeve in the oven


Vegetables wash and clean. Potatoes and zucchini (instead of zucchini you can take 250 g of pumpkin) cut into small slices, mushrooms - halves (if large, then quarters), onion - quarters.



Take a deep bowl, pour oil into it,add mayonnaise, salt, dried parsley and paprika. Stir, add vegetables and mushrooms, continuing to gently mix. Leave to marinate for 25-30 minutes.



Then gently shift the vegetables with mushrooms insleeve for baking. Bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven, heated to 180-200 degrees. Turn off the oven and let the dish stand for 10 minutes. Before serving, we shift from a sleeve to a dish and sprinkle it with finely chopped greens.
