Potato croquettes
Potato croquettes turn ordinary mashed potatoes into a real festive dish. Serve potato croquettes on a garnish to your favorite meat or fish dishes on New Year's Eve!

For cooking croquettes you will need




  • potatoes - 0,5 kg

  • eggs - 3 pcs.

  • yolks - 2 pcs.

  • Butter - 40 g

  • flour - 5 tbsp. l.

  • salt, pepper - to taste

  • vegetable oil

  • greens, tomatoes for decoration



Preparation



Washed and peeled potatoes boil in salted water until cooked. Drain the water and mash the potatoes to a puree state.



Mash potatoes lightly fry in a frying pan invegetable oil. Then cool the mass, add 1 egg, 2 yolks, 2 tablespoons of flour, butter. Add salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.



The remaining 2 eggs whisk slightly. From the potato mass, mold croquettes, pan them in the remaining flour, then in the whipped egg mass.



Croquettes put on a frying pan with preheated butter and fry for 20-25 minutes under the lid until a golden crust.



Ready croquettes put on a dish, decorate with greens, slices of tomatoes. Serve to the table with garnish for meat and fish dishes.
