Cranberry juice: recipe with fresh berries



Ideally, cranberry juice is prepared from fresh cranberries. Therefore, stock up on a small number of berries to make this delicious drink. You will need:



  • 1 tbsp. fresh cranberries

  • 1.5 liters of water

  • 0.5 tbsp. Sahara

  • 1 tbsp. fresh cranberries

  • 1 liter of water

  • 2 tbsp. l. honey


As in the previous recipe, chop cranberries andsqueeze out the juice from it. Cook the pressed cranberries, cool the broth and add berry juice and 2 tablespoons of honey. This drink perfectly combines the taste and all the useful properties of cranberries and honey.



If your cranberry juice is too harsh, you can add a little sugar to it.



Morse from frozen cranberries



Cranberry is good because fresh berries canstored in barrels until the next harvest. But not everyone has the opportunity to find a place and create suitable storage conditions for cranberries for such a long period.   • 500 grams of frozen cranberries

  • 2 liters of water

  • 200-400 g of sugar


First, defrost the cranberries. If you crush berries in a blender, then you do not need to completely defrost the cranberries. When squeezing juice from a cranberry with the help of a juicer, the berries must be completely thawed. Crushed cranberries in a blender (or squeezed juice) pour 2 liters of cold water and bring to a boil, but do not boil. Remove the mors from the fire and add sugar to it.
