  • cranberry - 4 cups


  • sugar - 1 glass


  • water - 1 glass

  1. Mine cranberries and cleanse from the tails. Dry and spoiled berries are thrown out without regret - they can spoil the taste of our delicacy.


  2. Put the saucepan on the gas and add the sugar. Stir thoroughly and bring to a boil over medium heat. Do not forget, from time to time stir the syrup.


  3. Add cranberries and reduce the heat, continue to cook for another 10 minutes stirring. As a result of this treatment, cranberries should be brushed.


  4. We pour out the finished delicacy in pre-prepared cans, sterilize for 10 minutes and roll.





Jam with cranberries and oranges - step by step recipe

  3. We put a pot of water on the stove and add sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir to make the sugar completely dissolved.


  4. Add cranberry. Reduce the heat and cook for another 10 minutes stirring. Cranberries should be crumbled. Add the oranges and cook until thick (7 minutes), stirring occasionally and taking off the foam.


  5. Pour into pre-cooked jars and sterilize for 10 minutes. We roll up the cranberry dainty.
