Preparation
On the heated frying pan put the butter and melt it lightly.
Add flour to the butter, mix thoroughly. Pour the cream, stirring intensively. Ensure that no lumps are formed.
In a thickened sauce add chopped greens, salt, pepper. Mix. Remove from heat. Ready to sauce for salmon hot.
