Curd cream

Gentle, airy curd cream will like not only the adult, but will also become your favorite delicacy. If your child refuses to drink milk, he will gladly "eat" it in the form of a curd cream.



Cottage cheese is a rich source of calcium and phosphorus,which are so necessary for the growth of children. Easily assimilated vitamins, folic acid and iron, contained in curd, are necessary for anemia (anemia). As well, cottage cheese is recommended for use in diseases of the pancreas, liver, diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease and obesity. Curd cream: base


For cooking you will need:


  • 400 g of cottage cheese;

  • 200 g of cream (or butter);

  • 4 egg yolks;

  • 100 g of granulated sugar;

  • vanillin;

  • raisins, nuts, berries to taste.


Mix the yolks with sugar and vanillin. Whip the cream. Wipe the cheese through a sieve and mix with yolks. Add nuts (or other stuffing), whipped cream and mix well with a blender. Instead of nuts, you can add crushed dried apricots, prunes, fruits or berries, cocoa with cinnamon to taste. Such cream can be served separately in croissants or used in the preparation of cake.



Layered curd cream


For cooking you will need:


  • 400 g of cottage cheese;

  • 100 g of granulated sugar;

  • 2 eggs;

  • 1 tbsp. l. cocoa powder;

  • ½ lemon or 2 tbsp. l. lemon liquor;

  • 2 tbsp. l. jam;

  • a pinch of salt.


Wipe the cottage cheese through the sieve. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar. Stir gently cottage cheese with beaten eggs. Divide the resulting cream into 3 parts. Add cocoa in one and mix, the second - jam, and the third mix with lemon zest or 2 tbsp. l. lemon liquor. In the kremanki lay layers of cooked cream: on the bottom - with jam, then - with lemon and on top - with cocoa. This cream should be prepared before serving.



Curd cream with oranges


For cooking you will need:


  • 200 g of cottage cheese;

  • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;

  • 2 oranges;

  • 1 tbsp. cream;

  • 1 tbsp. l. of condensed milk.


Peel the orange and divide it into slices,sprinkle them with sugar. Whip the cream. Cottage cheese mix with the condensed milk, put in it slices of an orange, fill in the whipped cream and decorate with the cut orange slices. Before serving, cool the cream.
