Cookie cake

What to do if you want a cake, and there is not much time to cook it, and how you do not want to die from the heat near the oven. Then try to cook cake from a cookie, in which the baked cakes are replaced with the finished cookies from the store.
Cookie cake «Tenderness»
To prepare this delicious tender cake we will need:
- 800 g cookies "melted milk" (you can take any shortbread);
- 4 bananas;
- 1 can of canned mango (or peaches);
- coconut for decoration.
To prepare the cream you will need:
- 400 g of butter;
- 10 tbsp. l. milk;
- 10 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 pack. vanillin.
Prepare the cream. Soften the butter. We mix eggs, sugar and milk in an enamel saucepan. Let's put the cream on a slow fire, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and immediately remove. After the cream has cooled, mix it with butter and vanilla with a mixer until light air mass.
Put the biscuits on the bottom of the cake mold, the restcrushed and mixed with cream. We form the cake: the resulting mass is laid out a thin layer on the biscuits, on top are banana slices, then cream, mango, cream, bananas, cream. Cake well sprinkle with coconut shavings and put in the refrigerator for an hour. Before serving, the cake from the biscuit can be decorated with flowers from mastic.
Lazy anthill of cookies
Cookie cake to cook very easily and quickly. For the preparation we need:
- 400 g of small cookies (for example, cracker with poppy seeds);
- 100 g of butter;
- 200 g of sugar;
- 500 g of sour cream;
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- Nuts and poppies to taste.
In a large bowl, rub the softened butter withsugar. Pour the sour cream and mix with a mixer until smooth (you can also prevent it by hand, so that there are no oil lumps). Cookies are poured into the resulting cream and gently stir everything so that each cookie was in the cream. Try not to break the cookies when stirring.
Condensed milk can be taken already cooked, but with the usualtoo it will be delicious. Take a flat dish for a cake. We will lay out the first cake from slightly impregnated cookies. Lubricate it with condensed milk and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Then we form the second cake, grease with condensed milk and sprinkle with chopped nuts. The third layer envelops the whole cake, greased with condensed milk and decorate to taste. You can sprinkle with nuts or grated chocolate. Such a cookie cake is better to be chilled. If you put it on at night soaked, it will be even tastier, but you can serve in half an hour.
Quick cake
Cookie cake is cooked for 15 minutes. If visitors come unexpectedly to you, surprise them with such tasty treats. To prepare the cake we need:
- 300 g of small cookies;
- 100 g of dried apricots;
- 100 g prunes without seeds;
- 250 g of sour cream;
- 4 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar.
We stir the sour cream with sugar, addvanilla sugar. Cookies are encapsulated in the resulting mass. Add the finely chopped dried apricots and prunes. We mix everything, put it on the dish and put it in the fridge for 1-2 hours, or while the guests are ready for a sweet treat. The cookie cake is ready.
Cake "Smorodinka"
To make a cake from cookies, we need:
- 200 g of cottage cheese;
- 250 ml of milk;
- 15-20 pieces of cookies "Whipped milk" or "Jubilee";
- 5-10 g of gelatin;
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
- 3 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 3 tbsp. l. currant jam;
- 1 pack of currant jelly.
Soak gelatin in 40 ml of water. The amount of gelatin depends on the consistency of the cake. Prepare according to the instructions on the package of jelly and put it in the refrigerator to make it a little thick. In a bowl, mix the sugar, cottage cheese and jam.
Prepare the form for the cake. It should be with a high board, preferably - round. You can take a pan. We cover the form with a food film. Vanilla sugar is soluble in 50 ml of milk. Dip the cookies in the milk and lay it on the bottom of the mold so that it is completely closed by 0.5-1 cm.
Swell the gelatin in 200 ml of milk,put on a small fire and heat until completely dissolved, continuously stirring. Slightly cool and add to the curd mass. Mix well and pour into the form for biscuits. We put it in the fridge so that the curd mass thickens a little. Then gradually pour out a slightly frozen currant jelly. You can add currant berries to the jelly. We put the cake in the refrigerator until it is completely solidified.
