Buckwheat in pots

Buckwheat in pots with meat and mushrooms
This buckwheat in the pots may well replace not only the second dish with garnish, but a full dinner, so nourishing it is. For its preparation, we should take (one serving, i.e., one pot):
2/3 tbsp. buckwheat groats
100 g of beef
2 small champignons
half carrot
greens, black pepper, salt - to taste
Beef cut into small pieces. Carrots are cleaned and cut into thin circles, each cut in half. Champignons are cleaned and cut into small cubes, my greens and finely chopped.
We put in pottery ceramic potsbeef, sliced carrots and champignons. Then pour buckwheat into the pot and pour 2 glasses of water. Solim and pepper to taste, cook in the oven for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with greens before serving.
Depending on the size of the pot, you can change the amount of ingredients, but the ratio of buckwheat to water should always remain constant: for 2/3 cups of buckwheat - 2 cups of water.
Buckwheat in pots with chicken
Instead of beef, you can cook buckwheat with chicken - chicken can be seen more often on our table because of availability. For cooking buckwheat porridge with chicken in pots, you need to take (based on three servings):
15 tbsp. (about 1.5 tablespoons) buckwheat groats
400 g chicken fillet
1 small onion
1 small carrot
oil for frying
greens, salt - to taste
Chicken my fillet and cut into small pieces. Slightly salted and quickly fry the fillets in vegetable oil on high heat. Fried chicken laid in pots. Vegetables are cleaned, carrots three on a grater, onions finely shred. Vegetables, too, fry.
Washed buckwheat laid on pots on topchicken and lightly salted. Over buckwheat lay out the roast of onions and carrots, as well as finely chopped greens. Fill in a pot of 10 tablespoons. water or broth (at the rate of 2 parts of the liquid per 1 part of the cereal). We cook buckwheat in the oven for half an hour.
Buckwheat in pots with mushrooms and egg
Aromatic buckwheat in pots with mushrooms, covered with baked eggs - a very unusual and tasty dish. For one serving of such porridge we will need the following products:
2/3 tbsp. buckwheat groats
1 small bulb
1 egg
1 thick slice of boiled-smoked bacon
1 tsp butter
some dried mushrooms
salt, black pepper - to taste
Pots before cooking soak incold water. Buckwheat washed, for a few minutes, pour boiling water, then drain the water. Dried mushrooms are ground almost into powder. On one pot you need 1-2 tsp. powder from dried mushrooms.
Cut the brisket into small cubes, just likethe same cubes shink onions (one small pot requires one small bulb or one third / half of the middle one). In the pot we pour dried mushrooms, put onions and brisket.
Top we pour buckwheat and pour hot water(but not with boiling water) in a 1: 2 ratio. That is, for 2/3 cups of buckwheat you need 1/3 cup of hot water. Cook in the oven under the lid closed until ready (somewhere 40-60 minutes). Readiness can be checked by lifting the lid, but it's impossible to stop buckwheat.
Almost ready to take buckwheat from the oven, we removecover and drive into the pot a raw egg, put butter on top. We put the pot in the oven to harden the protein. Now buckwheat can be served to the table.
Bon Appetit!
