Veal with carrots
To prepare this dish, take the following ingredients:
- veal - 300 g
- carrots of medium size - 3 pcs.
- orange - 1 pc
- onions - 1 pc
- sugar - 40 g
- olive oil, garlic, spices (nutmeg, cloves, turmeric, optional - ginger and cumin) - to taste
Grind the onions and garlic, lightly squeeze them onfrying pan in olive oil. Add veal and spices to the frying pan. Pour freshly squeezed juice of one orange and a glass of water to the meat. Cook for 20 minutes.
