Sweet bows
For cooking 25 pieces you will need:
- Ingredients:
- unsalted butter - 115 g
- flour - 125 g
- light corn syrup - 170 g
- brown sugar - 80 g
- inventory:
- large dish
- medium-sized saucepan
- wooden spoon
Preparation:
- Grease the pan with oil.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour, stirring with a spoon.
- Add the syrup and sugar. On a strong fire, bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for another 7 minutes.
- Pour the mixture over the pan. After a minute, cut the layer into elongated rectangles. Hot twist the rectangles around the long axis into the bows.
- Cool and serve.
