Sweet bows


For cooking 25 pieces you will need:


  • Ingredients:

    • unsalted butter - 115 g

    • flour - 125 g

    • light corn syrup - 170 g

    • brown sugar - 80 g

  • inventory:

    • large dish

    • medium-sized saucepan

    • wooden spoon


Preparation:



  1. Grease the pan with oil.

  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add flour, stirring with a spoon.

  3. Add the syrup and sugar. On a strong fire, bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for another 7 minutes.

  4. Pour the mixture over the pan. After a minute, cut the layer into elongated rectangles. Hot twist the rectangles around the long axis into the bows.

  5. Cool and serve.
