Pork with spicy potatoes



One of the first places in popularity is occupied by festive hot dishes from pork. You can, for example, bake pork in a sleeve with spicy potato slices. To prepare this dish we take:



  • 1.3 kg of lean pork pulp

  • 20 small potatoes

  • 50 g of butter

  • 2 tablespoons mustard

  • 1 tbsp. ketchup or tomato sauce

  • 5 cloves of garlic

  • seasoning: ground black pepper, ground paprika, dried garlic, a mixture of seasonings for potatoes, a mixture of seasonings for meat - to taste

  • salt - to taste

  • greens for decoration


We spin pork with garlic. Mix mustard with tomato sauce or ketchup, add a mixture of seasonings for meat. We spread the meat with the resulting marinade, put it in a bowl, cover it and put it in the fridge for three hours.



Carefully wash my potatoes, cut intoQuarters (along), add seasonings and cut into small cubes butter, stir. We put the meat in one sleeve for baking, potatoes with butter - in the other.



Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. We put bags of meat and potatoes into it. After 15 minutes, turn the package with potatoes, so that it is evenly covered with oil. Bake for another 25 minutes, then take the potatoes out of the oven. Bake the meat for another 10 minutes, then cut the sleeve, increase the temperature and bake the meat to a crispy crust (about 10 minutes).



We cut the meat in portions, put it together with the potatoes into a dish, and decorate with greens.



Pork ribs with spicy garnish



You can prepare festive hot dishes not only from pork tenderloin, but also from ribs. A garnish to stewed ribs will serve as a bean in a hot tomato sauce. To prepare this original dish, we will need the following ingredients.



For meat:

  • 1 kg of pork ribs

  • 2 large onions

  • 3 bay leaves

  • ground black pepper, salt - to taste


For garnish:

  • 1.5 tbsp. red beans

  • 0.3 tbsp. vegetable oil

  • 2-3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 head of onions

  • 1 carrot

  • 1.5 tbsp. tomato puree

  • 1 tbsp. vinegar

  • 1 tsp Sahara

  • ground hot pepper, ground coriander, greens (coriander, basil, parsley), salt - to taste

(The ribs will be roasted on their own fat, so it's better to take the ribs with a thin layer of fat and put them on the pan fat down.) Cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer for half an hour on minimum heat. If the liquid evaporated from the meat is not enough to extinguish, you need to add a little bit of boiling water.



Onions cut into half rings, add to meat(by this time it should be soft), salt and pepper to taste and fry another 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring. The meat is ready, now you can do the garnish.



Beans are thoroughly washed and soaked incold water so that it swells. Stew beans with a small amount of vegetable oil and water. To ensure that it does not burn, you need to add water as it boils away. Ready beans should be soft, but not boil.



While the bean is stewed, cleaned and finely chopped onions,garlic and carrots, we chop the greens. Onions, carrots and garlic are fried in vegetable oil, we add beans to them and mix. Tomato puree 2 tbsp. water, add sugar and vinegar, stir. We pour bean sauce, salt, pepper, add greens and tushim all 5 minutes.



We put the ribs and beans on plates and decorate with greens.



Veal with cherries



If you do not like festive hot dishes from pork, you can give preference to veal. Prepare veal with cherries - this is a very delicious and tasty dish. For its preparation, we take:



  • 500 g of veal

  • 200 g of cherries without pits (fresh or frozen)

  • 100 g of butter

  • 1 tbsp. sour cream

  • 1 tbsp. broth

  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • cinnamon, salt - to taste


We make cuts in meat, we make it with cherries andsalt. Lubricate the shape for baking 50 g of butter, we put meat into it, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake in preheated to 180 ° C oven to half-cooked (20-25 minutes).



The remaining butter is melted in a saucepan, we putflour and fry until golden brown, stirring. We pour in broth and sour cream, mix thoroughly and bring to a boil. We take the meat out of the oven, pour the sauce, put it back in the oven and cook until soft (about half an hour).
