To prepare 4 servings of pork, you will need:



  • pork - 1 kg

  • vegetable broth - 400 ml

  • starch - 2 tbsp. l.

  • ginger root - 40 g

  • garlic - 1 slice

  • red chilli pepper - 1 pc.

  • oranges - 2 pcs.

  • black pepper powder

  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.

  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.


Preparation



Heat oven to 200 ° C. Peel the root of the ginger, garlic. Cut in small pieces. Chili pepper, remove the core, finely chop.

Cut the peel with oranges, cut into thin strips. Squeeze the juice from the oranges and mix with ginger, garlic, chili, half orange peel, salt, black pepper, sugar.
