Baked pork with mushrooms



One of the simplest dishes, the preparation of which does not require much effort and time, is pork with mushrooms, baked with sour cream. To prepare this dish, we will need:



  • 500 g of pork

  • 200 g fresh mushrooms

  • 200 g sour cream

  • 1-2 onions

  • cooking oil for frying

  • greens, peppers, salt - to taste


Meat is washed, dried and slicedacross the fibers. Finely beat off pieces of pork from two sides, salt and pepper. Fry the meat from two sides to a ruddy crust (this is about three minutes on each side).



Mushrooms (it is best to take chanterelles or white)clean, rinse and boil in salted water for 10 minutes. Throw mushrooms in a colander to make the glass liquid. Onions are cleaned and cut into half rings. Fry onions in vegetable oil, add chopped mushrooms and fry for about 7-10 minutes on medium heat, salt to taste.



Take a deep baking tray or baking dish,at the bottom we lay pork. On top of the meat, we evenly distribute mushrooms with onion and pour all the sour cream. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C, then raise the temperature to 200 ° C and bake for another 10 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.



Stewed pork with mushrooms



Another simple, delicious and with this quick dish of pork and mushrooms is stewed pork with mushrooms. To prepare it we will need:



  • 1 kg of pork

  • 400 g of champignons

  • 250 g 15% sour cream

  • 3 onions

  • cooking oil for frying

  • pepper, salt - to taste



Pork my and cut into small pieces. Champignons are cleaned, washed and chopped. Onions are cleaned and cut into large cubes.



Fry pork in vegetable oil in a deep frying pan until crusty. Add onions, champignons and fry everything until golden brown. Pepper and salt to taste.



Fill all sour cream and stew for 5-7 minutes over low heat. The dish is ready!



Pork with mushrooms in foil



And you can bake pork with mushrooms in foil, then it will turn out especially juicy. To prepare this dish we take:



  • 500 g of pork fillet

  • 500 g of potatoes

  • 300 g of champignons

  • 200 g of onions

  • pepper, salt - to taste


Champignons mine, we clean and cut into plates. Pork cut into slices about a centimeter thick and beat off. Potatoes are cleaned and cut into thin plates. Onions are cleaned and cut into half rings.



We take a piece of foil, put a piece of pork on it and slightly add salt. We lay mushrooms on the pork, then onions and the last layer - potatoes. Solim, pepper, wrap the foil.



Spread on a baking sheet and bake for an hour in an oven heated to 180 ° C.



Pork with mushrooms in creamy sauce



Creamy sauce will give a gentle and piquant taste to any dish. Pork with mushrooms in a creamy sauce is prepared from such products:



  • 2 pork chops

  • 150 ml cream or thick sour cream

  • 125 g of mushrooms

  • 85 ml broth

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 2 tablespoons cognac

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. slightly chopped black peppercorns


Sprinkle pork chops with both sides. Olive oil is heated in a frying pan and fry in it crushed garlic. We put pork chops in a frying pan and fry from two sides (three minutes on each side).



We remove meat from the frying pan, add washed andchopped mushrooms. Fill mushrooms with a mixture of broth, cream and cognac. Cooking, stirring, until the mushrooms are soft. Then we return the pork into a frying pan and warm it up well.
