To prepare this dish we will need:



  • chunk of pork on bone

  • 2 medium potatoes

  • 2 Bulgarian peppers

  • olive oil

  • Wurster sauce

  • red balsamic vinegar

  • garlic

  • lemon

  • salt

  • pepper

  • dried basil


First we'll marinate the pork. To do this, sprinkle it with Wurster sauce, lemon juice, and for flavor add a few drops of red wine vinegar. Then spread the meat with garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Prepared pork spread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at maximum temperature.

Pork on a bone with oranges



In order to prepare this dish, we will need:



  • 1.25 kg of portioned pork pieces on a bone

  • 4 oranges

  • 200 g of pitted olives

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable broth

  • 1 lemon

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tbsp. starch

  • 5 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • ground black pepper

  • salt


We wash the chops in cold running water anddry with a paper towel. We clean and slice two cloves of garlic. Meat and garlic are put in a bowl. I wash two oranges, one of them is peeled from the peel and white fibers, cut into slices. With the second orange cut the skin in the form of a spiral and put it aside. From the three remaining oranges and lemons squeeze the juice, water them meat and leave the pork marinated for 2 hours.

Pork on bone in tomato sauce



To prepare this dish, take the following ingredients:



  • 2 portions of pork on bone

  • 1 lemon

  • 1 liter of broth

  • 200 g of tomato paste

  • 50 g of flour

  • 30 grams of fat

  • 4 champignons

  • 1 onion

  • bay leaf, spices, salt, pepper - to taste


Squeeze juice from the lemon. Pork salt, pepper, rubbed with a mixture of spices for meat and lemon juice. We cook pork for 20 minutes on the heated side. Steaks need to be fried on each side until a golden crust is formed.



Then we prepare the tomato sauce. Onion is cleaned and finely chopped, my champignons and cut. Let's pass onion and champignons with tomato paste. In another pan, fry the flour until golden until golden. Mix the fried flour with the broth, add the dressing vegetables with tomato paste and cook for 20 minutes. At the very end of the cooking, add to the sauce bay leaf and spices, salt.
