Coconut panna cotta with prune sauce

Coconut panna cotta with prune sauce
To prepare this delicate dessert we will need:
- coconut milk - 200 ml
- prunes without seeds - 200 g
- coconut shaving - 100 g
- milk - 1 l
- evaporated milk - 1 jar
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- starch - 8 items of l.
- water - 0,75 st.
Starch is dissolved in water. Add to it coconut shavings, condensed, coconut and plain milk. We put the mixture on a slow fire and bring to a quiet boil, do not forget to stir constantly with a wooden spoon.
We take the shape with a hole in the center with a diameter of 24 cmand soak it in cold water. When the heated mass starts to cool, pour it into the mold and cool it. We put the form in the refrigerator for about 3 hours (the souffle should become dense).
While the panna cotta is frozen, prepare the sauce fromprunes. For this, we soak the prunes in warm water until it becomes soft. Sugar is poured into a small saucepan with water and put it on a slow fire, stirring constantly, until all the sugar dissolves. Add the prunes and cook it for 10 minutes (do not stir!). When the sauce thickens, remove it from the heat and cool it.
Turn the soufflé plate into a serving dish. Pour the dessert sauce and decorate with prunes.
Bon Appetit!
