Eggs stuffed with champignons and cheese


  • Eggs boiled - 4 pcs.

  • greens watercress - 0.5 beam

For stuffing:

  • Marinated champignons - 100 g

  • cheese sharp grated - 50 g

  • mayonnaise - 50 g

  • greens of dill - 0,5 tufts

  • salt, pepper to taste.

Cooking method

Eggs are cleaned, cut into 2 parts along, yolks are removed. Mushrooms finely chopped, mixed with mashed yolks, cheese, chopped dill and mayonnaise. Mass the salt, pepper and mix.

The resulting mixture is stuffed with eggs, laid on a dish and decorated with watercress.
