Crab salad with orange jelly
To prepare this spicy New Year's salad you will need:
- 200 g of crab meat
- 1 small apple
- 1 medium avocado
- 4 stalks of celery
- half a half orange peel
- marjoram, mayonnaise - to taste
For the preparation of orange jelly, take:
- 200 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 50 ml of semisweet champagne
- 1 tsp gelatin
First, prepare the jelly. To do this, soak the gelatin in a small amount of cold water, let it swell and wring out. Pour the orange juice into the saucepan and put on fire. Once the juice boils, remove it from the heat, pour the champagne into the juice and enter the gelatin. Pour the liquid into the mold and refrigerate until it is solidified (it will take about 2 hours).
Dice the avocado, apple and celery. Rub zest of half a lemon, chop crab meat and add to celery, avocado and apple. Stir all the ingredients of the salad and season with mayonnaise.
Frozen jelly cut into cubes and put on a plate. Using a mold, slide the salad over the jelly and decorate with a twig of marjoram.
