Cake "Broken glass"

To make this jelly cake you will need:

  • packing of ready-made biscuit cakes

  • 3-4 packs of fruit jelly of different colors (yellow, green, red)

  • 500 g sour cream

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • packing of instant gelatin (20 g)

  • Vanillin - to taste

Preparation

Fruit jelly cook according to instructionson the package. It is recommended to take a little less water than indicated on the package, so that the jelly turns out to be more "durable". If desired, you can make jelly from natural juices or compotes.

Sour cream is prepared this way. In 10 tablespoons of hot water it is necessary to dissolve the gelatin. In the whipped cream with sugar and vanilla, add a thin trickle of gelatin and once again shake well.

Now you can start to form a cake. Bottom and the wall of the form are covered with food film. Lay out a layer of pieces of sponge cake and pieces of jelly. Pour a layer of sour cream. Re-lay the layer of biscuit and jelly. The last layer is covered with a whole biscuit cake and lightly pressed.

Ready to put the cake in the fridge to the fullcongealing - not less than 3 hours. Before serving, the form should be dipped into hot water for a few seconds, then turned over to a dish so that the biscuit cake is on the bottom. The top and sides of the cake can be decorated at your discretion: biscuit or chocolate crumbs, fresh or canned fruit or berries.

Note: If desired, this dessert can be prepared portion by piece. In serving dishes, spread pieces of biscuit and jelly and pour them with sour cream. When filing decorate.
