Fruit salad
Fruit salad - a wonderful treat in a generous summer time! The combination of delicate home-made cheese and fresh fruit makes this light fruit salad not only very appetizing, but also extremely useful, because it preserves all vitamins and minerals!





It does not matter if you did not have some ingredients from the recipe for this fruit salad. Feel free to experiment, fantasize!



Fruit salad


To prepare a fruit salad you will need:




  • orange peel 1

  • orange juice - 4 tbsp.

  • home-made cheese - 500 g

  • apple red 2 pcs.

  • blueberries - 200 g

  • dried apricots - 16 pcs.

  • celery - 2 stems

  • mixture of lettuce leaves - 160 g

  • kiwi fruit - 2 pcs.

  • Nectarine - 2 pcs.

  • sesame - 4 tsp




peel 1 orange and 4 tbsp. l. juice
500 grams of homemade cheese
2 red apples
200 g of blueberries
16 dried apricots, finely chopped
2 stalks of celery, cut
160 grams of a mixture of different salads
2 kiwi fruits, peel and slice
2 nectarines, cut into slices
4 tsp. sesame seeds, fry (optional)

Preparation



Remove the zest with 1 orange and grate it. Mix with chopped small cubes of cheese.


Cut apples in apples, cut into slices. Mix with blueberries, crushed dried apricots and sliced ​​celery.


Put the salad leaves on 4 serving plates. On top, put sliced ​​kiwi and nectarines, sprinkle with orange juice: 1 tablespoon per serving.


For each plate put the cheese, a mixture of fruits. Sprinkle with fried sesame seeds.
