Latvian saladIf you want to diversify your table, but do not spend a lot of time and energy on it, use the recipes of Latvian salad and English punch.


Latvian salad "Rassols". You can not think of anything more satisfying: boiled potatoes, pickled cucumbers, peeled apples, boiled pork, herring and eggs cut into slices, sprinkled with sour cream. Add mustard and horseradish.




Such a nice salad very well "goes" the morning after a stormy party. Especially if you pre-drink a glass of very sweet strong tea with lemon.



Half an hour after this breakfast (tea-salad) you will be "like a cucumber"!


If you have time during the day to make English punch, then you will feel very well and be ready for new feats. Punch is done like this:
for 12 servings - 500 ml. brandy, 250 ml. rum, 250 ml. arch, 250 ml. curacao, 1 liter. tea infusion, 3 lemons, 1 orange, 250 g sugar.


Cut into thin slices 1 lemon and 1 orange, put in a saucepan, add the juice of 2 lemons, and then heat together with the rest of the composition, but do not boil. Punch can be drunk both hot and cold.
