Snacks from pita bread

Cheese sticks of lavash
This appetizer of lavash is especially good for beer. Even with cheese sticks, it is delicious to eat borsch and other soups. To prepare cheese rods from pita bread the following ingredients are needed:
- thin lavash - 1 pc.
- processed cheese - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- butter - 2 tbsp.
- 2 cloves of garlic
- dill to taste
Whisk the eggs with a whisk, cutmelted cheese in thin strips. Garlic chop (it is most convenient to do this with garlic cloves), and finely chop dill. Cut the pita bread into strips. The length of the strips is 7-10 cm, the width is 10 cm. Take a strip of pita bread, put on it two strips of melted cheese and a little garlic, and then sprinkle the cheese stick stuffing with herbs. Carefully fold a stripe of lavash into a roll. Cheese sticks of lavash fry in hot butter with garlic on both sides, pre-dipped in an egg. When cheese sticks get golden color - they are ready. Before serving, you can sprinkle them with finely chopped greens.
Snack of pita bread with minced meat
In order to prepare a lavash with minced meat, take:
- thin lavash - 3 pcs.
- minced meat - 400 g
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onions - 1 pc.
- cheese - 50 g
- 2 cloves of garlic
- lettuce, mayonnaise, dill, parsley, salt, pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil for roasting
Peel onions and carrots. Cut the onions finely, and grate the carrots on a large grater. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion on it for three minutes. Then add the carrots into the pan and fry until it is half ready. Then add the stuffing to the vegetables (it's best to use a mixture of beef and pork minced in a 1: 1 ratio) and fry it for 20-25 minutes, until the minced meat is ready, salt and pepper it. When stir-fry, stir occasionally forcemeat.
Cut tomatoes into slices, grate cheese ona large grater, wash and dry the leaves of lettuce, finely chop the greens. Make garlic mayonnaise by letting garlic through the press and mixing it with mayonnaise. Unroll a sheet of pita bread and grease it with garlic mayonnaise. In the pita bread, evenly spread the stuffing, leaving a 2-3 cm gap at the edges. Sprinkle the stuffing with herbs. The second sheet of pita bread, on both sides lubricated with garlic mayonnaise, is covered with minced meat. From above evenly lay out lettuce leaves, on them - tomatoes, and pour it all with mayonnaise. The third sheet of pita bread is also greased with garlic mayonnaise on both sides, cover them with tomatoes and sprinkle with grated cheese. Gently fold the three layers of lavash into a roll and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Cut the cut roll across into circles about 2 cm thick.
Fast pita bread
To make a quick pie from lavash you will need:
- lavash - 2 pcs.
- ground beef - 200 g
- Adyghe cheese - 200 g
- hard cheese - 50 g
- Butter - 70 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- salt to taste
Pull the lavash sheets with your hands on small squares. Melt the butter and oil it with a refractory mold with a cooking brush. The oil layer should be thin. Cover the bottom of the shape with squares of pita bread, grease it with melted butter. Whisk the egg with a small amount of milk or water and a pinch of layers. Pour half of the beaten egg into a mold and distribute it in a thin layer throughout the form. If the layer of the egg is too thick, or it is distributed unevenly - you have an omelet instead of a pie. The task of the egg is to fasten all layers of the quick pie from the pita bread.
Fry the stuffing and put it in the form as followslayer, evenly distributing it in shape. Cover the forcemeat with squares of lavash lapped so that there are no gaps. Lubricate the pita with butter, pour from above and distribute the remaining egg in a thin even layer. On top, crush the Adyghe cheese, grate the hard cheese and sprinkle the cake on it, cover it with squares of lavash and oil it. A quick pie from pita bread is baked in the oven at a temperature of 180 °, until a crust is formed.
Alternative to the usual snacks from pita bread can also serve Mexican burritos and fachitos.
