Lavash rolls with red fish
Ingredients:
- 2 sheets of pita bread
- 500-600 g fillet of smoked salmon, salmon or trout
- 2 cucumbers (fresh or pickled, depending on fish salting)
- 500 g of processed cheese
- 500 g of caviar oil
- greens of dill or parsley - to taste
Preparation
Cover the first sheet with caviar oil. Cucumber cut into very thin straws along the whole vegetable and lay over the oil. The second sheet of cheese spread and gently put on a layer of cucumbers. Cut the fish into slices of any size, at your discretion. Spread it on cheese, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs. We fold the roll, wrap the food film and send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour.
