Cheese rolls with salmonWhat is a New Year's table without snacks with red fish? Salmon, for example, goes well with cheese. Why not take this into account when planning the New Year's menu and not cook, say, rolls of cheese with salmon?

Cheese rolls with salmon

To prepare this spicy snack you will need:

  • 300 g slightly salted salmon or trout

  • 200 g of hard cheese

  • 30 g of herbs (parsley or dill)

Rub the cheese on the grater. Dill greens or parsley, rinse, dry and finely chop. Mix the cheese with herbs, transfer it to a small pan and put it on a water bath. Heat the cheese in a water bath until it melts, remembering to stir constantly.

If you do not want to complicate your life with waterbath, try an easier way. Fold the grated cheese with chopped greens in a tight polyethylene bag, dip it into hot water, holding the tip, and hold in it until the cheese dissolves (about 3 minutes).

Ready cheese mass lay on food film,The second piece of film is covered from above and rolled with a rolling pin. There should be a thin layer of cheese. Salmon or trout cut into thin pieces and lay them on cheese. Fold the cheese with salmon rolls, put the roll under an easy press and put it in the refrigerator.

Before serving, the roll is cut into slices and decorated with branches of fresh greens.

Bon Appetit!
