Lavash roll

Lavash roll - A delicious and easy-to-prepare snack. Preparation of this roll does not take much time, and all the necessary ingredients are easily found in the nearest supermarket. You can cook lavash roll for breakfast or a friendly party!

To prepare a roll you will need:
- lavash Armenian - 3 leaves
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- Cheese hard - 250 g
- ham or poultry meat - 200 g
- mayonnaise, garlic - to taste
Preparation
Boil hard boiled eggs. Peel and rub on a large grater.
The hard cheese is also grated on a large grater.
Ham or poultry meat finely chopped.
On the pita of lavash put the meat filling, cover with a second sheet. Lubricate mayonnaise, mixed with grated cheese and garlic.
Cover with a third sheet of lavash, grease with mayonnaise, mixed with eggs.
Gently curtail the roll, wrap it in a food film and put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, cut the roll into portions and serve as a snack.
