For the preparation of "Napoleon" you will need:



  • dough:

    • fat (any, you can butter butter or margarine) - 0,5 cups

    • kefir - 0,5 cups

    • sour cream - 0,5 cups

    • egg - 2 pcs.

    • sugar - 1 glass

    • flour - how much will it take for a steep dough

    • soda - 1 tsp. vinegar


  • cream:


    • milk - 2.5 cups

    • sugar - 1 glass

    • egg - 1 pc.

    • butter - 100-200 g (to taste)

    • flour - 1 tbsp.

    • vanillin




Preparation.


Mix fat with kefir and sour cream, add eggs, sugar, soda, slaked vinegar. Add the necessary amount of flour, knead the dough. Divide the dough into 16 parts, put in the cold for 1 hour.


Each part is thinly rolled out, using a plate to cut a circle. Bake for 5-7 minutes at 180 ° C-200 degC.



To prepare the cream, mix 0.5 cupmilk, egg, sugar, vanillin and flour. Bring to a boil 2 cups of milk and, stirring, pour a thin trickle of egg and milk mixture. Cook on low heat with constant stirring until thickened. Add the butter, mix thoroughly. To cool.



Ready cakes, smearing cream, folded one on the other. One cake grind and sprinkle with the crumbs top and sides of the cake. Put the cake in a cold place for impregnation for several hours.
