  • corn syrup (optional) - 2 tbsp.

  • vanilla - 1 tsp.

First, heat the oven to 180 ° C. Flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt and soda mix in a bowl until smooth. Egg, sour cream, vinegar, vegetable oil, water and vanilla beat with a mixer and add to the dough. Stir thoroughly the dough, pour into the baking dish and put in the oven.



Bake cakes for about half an hour. How to determine that the cake is ready? The dough should rise in the middle, and if you try to puncture the cake with a wooden stick in the center, it should remain perfectly clean. We remove the finished cakes from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes. Then turn the molds to get ready cakes from them, and let the cakes completely cool.
