Simple chocolate muffins
This recipe for chocolate muffins captivates with its simplicity: it does not require you to have any supernatural culinary skills. To prepare muffins for this recipe, we take:
175 g of wheat flour
150 ml of milk
100 g of sugar
60 ml of vegetable oil
45 g of cocoa
1 egg
10 g of a disintegrant
2 g of salt
Egg is beaten, mixed with vegetable oiland milk. Sift flour, mix with sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add to the egg mixture and thoroughly knead to a homogeneous consistency. Molds for muffins are oiled, filled with dough and baked for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C. If desired, you can add in the dough pieces of dark chocolate or berries (black currant, cranberries, etc.).
Mint-chocolate muffins
Many people like the combination of tastes of mint and chocolate, finding it spicy. To them we suggest to prepare muffins with mint chocolate. For their preparation we will need to take:
150 g of mint chocolate
100 g of wheat flour
100 g of powdered sugar
80 g of butter
2 tablespoons 20% cream
1 egg
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
0.5 tsp baking powder
Softened butter is mixed with sugar,add the egg (if the eggs are small, then two eggs), lightly beaten with a mixer. A third of the chocolate is melted in a water bath, added to the egg-and-oil mixture and mixed. Mix the flour with sugar powder, vanilla sugar and baking powder, add to the dough, mix until homogeneous.
Fill the dough for 2/3 cupcakes,a third of the chocolate is finely chopped and pressed into pieces in the dough. Bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C. Ready muffins let cool for 5 minutes, then take out of the molds and grease the glaze (for the preparation of the glaze you need to melt the remaining chocolate and mix with the cream). Before serving, you can decorate chocolate muffins with mint leaves.
Chocolate muffins with custard
Very delicate taste of chocolate muffins with a filling of custard. For their preparation we take the following ingredients.
For the test
flour - 300 g
milk - 170 ml
sugar - 160 g
melted butter - 150 g
eggs - 2 pcs.
cocoa - 2 tablespoons
baking powder - 2 tsp.
soda - 0.5 tsp.
a pinch of salt
For cream
milk - 200 ml
flour - 20 g
sugar 20 g
powdered sugar - 20 g
yolks - 2 pcs.
vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
First we prepare the cream. Mix the yolks with flour and sugar powder. Milk with sugar warmed to a boil and pour them yolks, stirring actively. We pour the cream into a saucepan and cook for 6-8 minutes on a small fire (until thick).
Now we prepare the dough. Flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt and soda mix in a bowl. In another bowl, whisk egg with milk, add melted butter, mix. Pour this mixture into dry ingredients and stir.
Spread half the dough on the bottom of the molds, then make a layer of cream, on top again we spread the dough. Bake 20-30 minutes (before rouge) in the oven, preheated to 200 ° C.
